With its opening width of up to 20 ft and its comprehensive range of functions, the Traffic Access Pro-L Vehicle Barrier is the perfect solution for controlling access to parking lots, company grounds, residential buildings and similar areas. The control system offers a large range of functions and expansion potential through the use of plug-in modules. The five expansion slots could be used for an Ethernet interface, a radio module or a counting module for determining the number of parking spaces still available. All inputs and output functions can be individually configured by the user. The opening and closing times can each be selected from three levels independently of one another.

SPECIFICATIONS

1. Articulated Arm – 84″ (7ft) Standard Passage Height KBS01-ST: Vertical articulated arm option that fits an 84-inch ceiling height.
2. Articulated Arm – 98″ (8ft) Standard Passage Height KBS01-ADA: Vertical articulated arm option that fits a 98-inch ceiling height.
3. Articulated Arm – Barrier Arm Lights Red/Green LEDS13C: LED Strip Lights that indicate the status of the barrier arm with alternating red and green signals.
4. Barrier Arm Extension Set EVB10C/12C: The extension set enables secure attachment of notice signs or advertising directly to the barrier arm.
5. Barrier Arm Extension Set Sign Kit EVBS01: A 750mm long sign and mount kit.
6. Barrier Arm Locking Set BV01C: A locking mechanism designed to secure the barrier arm in place when not in use. Kit includes locking post, lock, and control module.
7. Barrier Arm Presence Sensor BAK01: A sensor that detects the presence of the barrier arm for enhanced safety and efficiency. Inductive barrier arm off contact, installed.
8. Barrier Arm Lights Red LED12C: Red LED lights for signaling and visibility of the barrier arm’s position. These oval-shaped red LED lights are very bright and easily visible even in daylight. Available in blink mode.
9. Barrier Arm Lights Red/Green LEDS11C-10V/12V: LED Strip Lights that indicate the status of the barrier arm with red and green signals. 2 LED strips (red/green) includes supply unit, control unit, and mounting plate. Red in down position, flashing red while moving, and green in up position.
10. Battery Backup: An 8-hour backup power solution to ensure continued operation of the barrier gate during power outages.
11. Breakaway Flange: A protective flange that allows the barrier arm to break away safely upon impact. Cannot be used with Articulated Arm.
12. Heater HZ02C: A heating element designed to prevent ice and snow buildup on the barrier arm in cold weather.
13. Hood Lights BLED01: Lights mounted on the barrier gate for improved visibility during nighttime operation.
14. Key-operated switch SS01-KA/SS02-KA: A switch that requires a key for activation, providing controlled access to the barrier system. Externally mounted key switch (lock open, momentary close, includes 2 matching keys.)
15. Radio module FM02-AM: The module enables remote-controlled opening and  closing of barriers. The radio frequency receiver module is plugged directly into the controller. The hand transmitters are taught in simply via the barrier control menu.
16. Ethernet module EM01: An Ethernet connectivity module for integrating the barrier gate with network systems. The ethernet module is plugged directly into the controller and enables communication via TCP/IP. An integrated web server allows an easy configuration of the module and provides additional testing routines.
17. RS485 module RSM01: The RS485 module is plugged directly into the controller. This module enables serial communication and the querying of data.
18. CAN module (counting) ECN01: The ECN module is a multifunctional module. You can use the ECN module for parking space count, operating the barriers, calling information from the controller, and setting parameters for controller via CAN bus. One needed per barrier.
19. Additional Loop Detector module DM02: An extra loop detector module for adding more vehicle detection capabilities. Plugged directly into the controller. It enables monitoring of two induction loops and ensures secure integration in the overall system.
20. Photoelectric light barrier and mounting post LS21/APLS01: A light barrier system for detecting vehicle presence, complete with a mounting post.
21. Service Module SM01: The SM01 connects to the service port of the controller and it can be used to download software updates, read out and save parameters, or transfer them to other controllers.
22. Support Post AP01: The support post serves to support the horizontal position of the barrier arm. It is black/grey in color. Required for barriers 15′ and up.
23. Pendulum Support: The pendulum support serves to dampen and support the horizontal position of the barrier arm. It is white in color. Comes complete with necessary mounting hardware. Required for barriers 15′ and up.
24. Horizontal Laser Scanner MLHH01: A low, horizontally mounted laser scanning device for detecting movement across the barrier. Another area of use is in structural situations where no induction loops can be laid down.
25. Vertical Laser Scanner MLVS01: A higher, vertically mounted laser scanner that detects movement across the barrier. Its height allows for detection of trucks and machines with high projections, such as commercial or agricultural vehicles, as well as detecting the connection points between towing vehicles and trailers.
