The DOOR-KIT-01 Single Door Access Control Package is a comprehensive solution for securing any entry point in your facility. This standalone system controls access to one door, managing both entry and exit with two proximity card readers and an integrated KT-2 controller that connects via Ethernet or WiFi. It includes a siren and strobe alarm, CCTV cameras for surveillance, a 4-channel DVR for video storage, and a Mag-Lock for secure locking. The system also features a hydraulic door closer, metal door contact, an EXIT sign, and a POE switch for streamlined power and data. The system is expandable by adding more readers and controllers as needed. Basic software is included with the reader, while EntraPASS Global offers advanced control and connectivity, allowing management of one to thousands of doors via the mobile app, web app (with up to 250 concurrent logins), or up to 128 computers. Note: Access control electronics/hardware only; doors, gates, and software are sold separately.
FEATURES / COMPONENTS
- (1) KT-2 Controller with Power Supply: The KT-2 connects to Ethernet or WIFI and secures one door (two readers) to monitor the entrance and exit events.
- (1) Small Footprint Siren and Strobe Alarm: Indoor/outdoor alarm unit with colored strobe light and warble siren sound output.
- (2) Proximity Card Readers: Tap your card to activate the reader. Read range is around 5″, depending on the card type and local installation conditions. Slim profile can be mounted onto the door frame. Substitute with any type of reader on request. The standard hardware is HID MiniProx 5365.
- (1) 5-Port POE Switch: Power over Ethernet (PoE) network switch allows devices to receive power and data connection over an Ethernet cable.
- (2) CCTV Cameras: Monitor events with one camera inside and one outside the door.
- (1) 4-Channel DVR: Digital Video Recorder captures and stores video from the CCTV Cameras.
- (1) EXIT Sign with Power Supply: LED Self-Powering Emergency Exit Sign. Slim Profile, Red text on a white background.
- (1) Hydraulic Door Closer: Controls the speeds and force at which a door closes, providing a smooth and controlled closing motion instead of slamming shut. Helps ensure the door closes securely.
- (1) Metal Door Contact: Overhead door contact for track mounting. It has a wider gap for reduced false alarms and a four-way adjustable magnet bracket. Includes an armored cable.
- (1) Mag-Lock: Electromagnetic lock with 1200 lbs. holding force and automatic dual voltage.
