FEATURES
- Thermostat-Controlled Heater: The package includes a heavy-duty heater with an adjustable thermostat (250W, 120V AC). Installed in the turnstile header enclosure, these heaters protect equipment from freezing, humidity, and condensation buildup, ensuring reliable operation and preventing premature failure. The dial-adjustable thermostat automatically activates the heater when the temperature drops below your set temperature and deactivates it when it rises above your set temperature.
- Insulated Mainframe and Cover: The package includes reflective double-insulated air bubble panning installed inside the turnstile header, lining the main channel and cover. This insulation material features an outer layer of highly reflective film (96% reflectivity) and an outer layer of white polyethylene. Two inner layers of insulating bubbles resist conductive heat flow, while a center layer of polyethylene provides the product with high reliability and strength. Extensive certification testing ensures compliance with standards such as ASTM E84 (Class A / Class I) and ASTM C4 l l.
