BR2/GA2 series gates are low gates, also known as low turnstiles or turnstiles. The main difference between these series lies in the type of control mechanism and altered design.
BR2 series gates are equipped with the BR2 mechanism, electronic circuit and electromechanical rotor movement support, and they contain an electric motor.
GA2 series gates are equipped with the GA2 mechanism, electronic system and mechanical rotor movement support (spring mechanism). These gates have minor design changes in relation to BR2.

The difference between an ‘automatic’ and ‘mechanical’ turnstile gate is in the control mechanism.
An automatic has an electric motor, electronic circuit and electromechanical rotor movement support, controlling the gate smoothly through the whole swing.
A mechanical also has an electronic circuit, but uses mechanical rotor movement support (spring mechanism). Both are used to support the management of pedestrian traffic in connection with external access control systems.
