Remote Desktop Assistance
*Programming needs access to one server computer to install EntraPASS Server, and any additional gateway computers to install EntraPASS Gateway, and any workstation/end-user systems that will need access to EntraPASS via EntraPASS Workstation.
Additionally, all your computers need to have TCP and UDP ports 18000, 18101, 18102, and 18103 opened/unblocked by any firewall, and their networks need to be accessible to one another.
We typically do remote desktop support over TeamViewer, or other screen sharing app.
