We received our 4 turnstiles yesterday, Wed., March 24 along with 3 sets of keys. They look wonderful and I am sure they will work well for us. Thank you for you help in obtaining these, it is greatly appreciated.

I have not heard about the rest of the system, but I will let you know when a decision has been made.

Full Height Mechanical Turnstile

Here is my first pass:

Initially, we were attracted by prices of the equipment and software offered by Turnstiles.US. However, we had concerns about doing our own installation. Turnstiles.US convinced us that we could do it and they were right! They helped us work through any problems and were always very cooperative. We installed a quality access control system at a very reasonable cost.

If you prefer, I could say it this way:

    Well the system is working great and I wanted to thank you for the great support you gave me during the installation and setup. As I stated before, I would recommend your company without  hesitation.
    While I am learning the programming of the Entra Pass system, I do have a question on the Holidays. If I enter a Holiday on one of the schedules, does that mean that no one can enter the building. What I am really looking for is to keep the front door locked on Holidays and let our programmers, etc. have access on these days.

Since 1997 we have sold complete systems all over the world - I just made a sale to Compact Industries, St. Charles, IL. and was curious as to why they chose to do business with our company. Compact Industries manufactures Coffee - they purchased 3 Turnstiles with Biometric Readers and our EntraPASS Card Access System. Here's an email between me and Compact's Engineer

AND, can I put your response on my website?? My name is George Gonzalez,


I am the owner of East Coast Muscle & Fitness in New Jersey. The gym has been in operation for 15 years.


Business was good, but we had trouble with employees checking memberships, as well as problems with delinquent payments from the members.  About 4 years ago we spoke to Pat McAllister about installing a turnstile in our gym with a fingerprint scanner to keep track of the members. The program allows a member to enter the gym by scanning their thumb print and entering their birthday as the code.

The revenue generated by the program not only paid off the machine in less than two months, but our yearly
profits increased by 35%.


I am not the most computer savvy person so installing the turnstile system was a concern for me and the staff.  Pat McAllister patiently talked me through the installation. I could never imagine running our business without this system.  Looking back now I don't know how we did it.

George called me a long time ago; and after we reviewed his options and the cost of equipment, George decided to install our Biometric Card Access System that includes:

Fingerprint Scanner with Keypad - their customer has to put his right index finger on the unit, then when the unit recognized the print, they have to input a security code (on the keypad).

EntraPASS Software - our Card Access Software that keeps track of all the database info, and attendance records.

CatRax Turnstile and Handicap Gate - this is the state-of-the art system (I hate that statement, but our CatRax are the best Turnstiles in the industry; they are card-access ready, and have an optional Drop-Arm - the main arm will drop out of the way in case of emergency).
